Ata
Kalip has been established in Istanbul Turkey in 1992 as an industrial
moulds
manufacturing company specializing in plastic injection moulds,
plastic blow moulds and
metal
injection moulds. The company have been supplying quality
moulds to a variety of
local and Middle-Eastern customers using state-of-the- art
technical resources and
manufacturing tecniques.
Since the very first days Ata
Kalip have put its maximum efort in its mould manufacturing
unit, training and quality control. Today, Ata Kalip’s work
force of 12 skilled tecnicians
utilize both internal and external machine tools comprimizing
4 conventional milling, 4 CNC
milling, 1 grinding, 2 electro-errosion, 1 lathe and 1 profile
grinding machines and the fully
equipped quality control laboratory to produce quality moulds
to the customer specification
In 1995 Ata Kalip
has also started to produce quality injection moulded plastic
components to
textile, electrical/electronics, durable goods and small arms
industries.
